By hiring Secucan Security Systems, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Our Security Services

Secucan Security Systems provides expert installation and maintenance of security solutions across Ontario, including:

  • Security camera systems

  • Alarm system installation

  • Access control systems​

  • Network cabling for residential and commercial properties
     

All services are customized to meet your property's specific security needs.

Quotes and Pricing Policy

  • All price estimates for security system installation are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

  • Final pricing may adjust based on site evaluations or customer-driven changes.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm service appointments.

Payment Terms for Security Services

  • Full payment is due as outlined in the project quote or invoice.

  • Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest fee on any outstanding balance.

  • Secucan Security Systems reserves the right to suspend ongoing services until outstanding invoices are cleared.

Installation Warranty and Guarantees

  • All security camera systems and alarm systems come with a [12-month] warranty covering manufacturer defects and labor.

  • The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, weather incidents, or electrical surges.

  • Professional installation by certified technicians ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Maintenance Services and Support

  • Regular maintenance and system updates are highly recommended to maintain 24/7 security protection.

  • Post-warranty service visits may involve additional costs.

  • Secucan also offers spring camera maintenance and system updates following severe weather or heavy rain.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure clear access to installation areas prior to service appointments.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all local privacy regulations regarding camera and alarm system usage.

Limitation of Liability

  • Secucan Security Systems is not liable for any loss, theft, or property damage that may occur even when our security solutions are in place.

  • Our technology acts as a deterrent but does not guarantee the prevention of incidents.

Privacy Commitment

  • We are committed to protecting your personal information under Canada's privacy laws.

  • Information collected during consultations or installations is confidential and used solely for service provision purposes.

Service Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice.

  • The client must pay for all completed services and any equipment costs incurred up to the termination date.

Changes to Terms

  • Secucan Security Systems reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions.

  • Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
